Jim and I went over to the surgeon for H&P today and pre-register for surgery at St. Vincents. Dr. Imray told me that he was moving me 7mm forward on the left and 9mm on the right. Hey once, again - something else is uneven on me :)
It's soo funny looking.
So are they breaking it from the center and then aligning each side?

no, not the center. see the pic way down there in one of the other posts. they split the lower ramus, slide it forward, and place screws in it.
